Since all leather hides are different, not all products will look the same. That is the beauty of leather. Each item is unique in its own way.

All sales are final. However, if there is a malfunction or failure that occurs, we will offer a complete refund or exchange upon return receipt and complete product inspection

All products are handmade to order and take 3-4 weeks to ship. Orders are processed in the order they are received.
